We are pleased to announce the release of Jira ITSM Integration v101 PowerPack.
This release includes the following features:
- An example SOAP/XML credential that you can use as a template to send information to PowerFlow.
- Two automation policies that you can configure to update Jira when a user responds to issues in SL1:
- Jira: Create Issue
- Jira: Timeline Event
- Two action policies that integrates with Jira to automatically update SL1 events and Jira issues:
- Jira: Alert
- Jira: Create Timeline Event
NOTE: This release requires a minimum SL1 version of 12.1.2.
