What about the previous community and Ideas Hub offering?
In April 2024 we completed a project to refresh and relaunch the online community. The previous community was on a platform that couldn’t scale to offer the quality of experience we wanted for our customers. As a part of this project, we identified a best-in-class community platform and launched the Nexus Community. We updated the Ideas Hub by working with our product team to slim down the categories, along with copying and assigning existing actionable ideas to corresponding product managers.
Who can see Ideas in the Nexus Community?
The Nexus Community has privacy settings designated by the user account. Only existing customers and employees can see or access the Ideas Hub and its content.
I created ideas before, so why don’t I see them here?
Because we moved to a new community platform, we could not migrate old members or content over in the same format. In order to provide the right experience, we needed to recreate the ideas and assign them owners from the product team. If you would like to be reconnected with your previous ideas, please contact our community team at Community@ScienceLogic.com with your request and any supporting information. Just a note that some of the older, closed, or delivered ideas may not have been moved over.
What if my idea is not accepted or declined?
If you feel like your idea was not accepted and you would like to resubmit it or have an additional discussion regarding its relevance, please contact our community team at Community@ScienceLogic.com
What if I see a similar idea created by another member?
If you see a similar idea created by another member, please email the details with links to the ideas to our community team at Community@ScienceLogic.com. We will research the ideas, including the submission dates, and discuss options with each party.
What if I would like to recommend a new Idea category?
We always welcome feedback and ideas from our customers. If you think we need to add a new idea category, please contact our community team at Community@ScienceLogic.com.
