- All new idea submissions will receive an acknowledgment within three (3) business days.
- Our product team will review new submissions within the next five (5) business days.
When our product team receives your idea, you will receive a response with follow-up questions or confirmation that the idea is approved for public voting.
Idea Status Levels
Each idea will have a different status depending on age, review status, complexity, priority, and number of votes.
New
- Recently submitted
In Progress
- In Review- Product team reviewing.
- Accepted- Confirmed by the product team as an actionable request, which will be planned on the product roadmap for delivery.
On Hold
- Needs Information- More information is needed from the author.
- Future Consideration- The product team will consider if it may be applicable to future product offerings.
Completed
- The idea has been completed and delivered to customers.
Closed
- Declined- The product team has rejected the idea.
- Already Exists- A similar idea has already been submitted, is on the roadmap, or has been delivered.

Our product team will publish updates and findings from the Ideas Hub quarterly to let you know how your ideas have enhanced the ScienceLogic product offerings. We will also regularly post various tips, best practices, and feedback.
