Hello Nexus Community Members,
As we get ready for the relaunch of the Nexus Community, we want to make sure finding content and navigating the new site is easy and efficient for you. The updated experience includes several changes designed to help you locate answers, resources, and discussions faster — and we’d love your input on what will make navigation most useful for your day-to-day work.
What’s new (quick overview)
- AI-powered search to surface relevant posts, docs, and ideas quickly
- Improved topic categories and tagging for clearer organization
- Refreshed Ideas area so it’s easier to find and vote on feature requests
- More powerful filters and saved searches so you can return to what matters most
- An updated profile page with your contributions and badges to help discover experts
Tips to find content faster
- Start with the search bar — try a few keywords, then refine using the filter panel (date, content type, topic).
- Use tags to narrow results: tags link similar discussions and ideas across the community.
- Explore topic hubs or categories for curated content on product areas (SL1, Skylar Analytics, Integrations, etc.).
- Save useful searches or enable alerts for keywords/ideas you track most closely.
- Check user profiles to find contributors who frequently post in your area of interest.
We want your input
To help us tune navigation and search, please share:
- What tasks do you most commonly use the community for? (troubleshooting, product ideas, docs, peer best-practices)
- What types of content do you need to find quickly? (how-to articles, release notes, dashboards, scripts, reports)
- Which search or navigation pain points do you experience today?
- Would saved searches, email alerts, or a recommended content feed be most valuable to you?
Please reply below with your thoughts — even short answers help. If you’d prefer a one-on-one walkthrough of the new navigation, ask your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive to schedule time with me.
We’ll use your feedback to prioritize improvements before the relaunch. Thank you for helping shape the new Nexus Community.
Best regards,
Sara Leslie
