Documentation updates to the Skylar One documentation site for 05/22/26:
- Added release notes for Skylar One 12.5.8. This release includes package and security updates, introduces logging changes to give you better visibility into the deployment process, and addresses numerous issues from previous releases.
- Updated the Skylar One Upgrade Path Matrix, as well as the release notes for the 12.5.4, 12.5.5, 12.5.6, and 12.5.7 releases, to inform users of a known issue impacting upgrades to those releases from the 12.3.4 through 12.3.6 releases.
- Updated the Upgrade Path Matrix to clarify which specific notes are relevant to each release.
Documentation updates to the Skylar Automation documentation site for 05/22/26:
- Release Notes and Updated Manual for version 2.0.0 of the Skylar Advisor SyncPack, which adds multiple applications to support importing data from Confluence pages and ServiceNow Change Requests to Skylar Advisor.
- Release Notes and Updated Manual for version 4.0.0 of the ServiceNow Base SyncPack, which adds the "Sync Organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow" application. This release also adds support for using the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to import organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow using the "core_company" table in conjunction with catalog requests.
- Release Notes and Updated Manual for version 4.0.0 of the ServiceNow CMDB SyncPack, which removes several applications from the SyncPack, adds multiple configuration options to multiple applications, and adds a number of other improvements throughout the SyncPack.
- Release Notes and Updated Manual for version 2.0.0 of the ServiceNow Service Catalog SyncPack, which adds the new "Sync Company Requests from ServiceNow to Skylar One" application, adds multiple applications that were removed from the "ServiceNow CMDB" SyncPack. This release also addresses an issue that prevented device maintenance schedules from being deleted successfully, and updates the way that requests are made using the "ScienceLogic SL1: Service Catalog Automation" application in ServiceNow.
