Added release notes for AP2 Quesito version 9.13.1-14. This release includes the following new features and enhancements:
- A new Service Insights page for monitoring business service health, adoption, and processing performance
- A new Web Content widget for dashboards, supporting Line Chart, Number, and Table visualizations
- A redesigned Event Categories page, replacing the previously iframed implementation

- Added release notes for version 3.8.3 of the ServiceNow Base SyncPack, which addresses an issue where source data containing double quotes or backslashes caused parsing errors when processing SQL statements.
- Added release notes and updated the manual for version 4.0.1 of the ServiceNow Base SyncPack, which addresses an issue where source data containing double quotes or backslashes caused parsing errors when processing SQL statements.
- Added release notes and updated the manual for version 1.1.1 of the ServiceNow Cases SyncPack, which updates the system requirements of the SyncPack to require "Base Steps" SyncPack version 1.6.0 or later and "ServiceNow Base" SyncPack version 4.0.0 or later.
