We are pleased to release the ServiceNow Base SyncPack v3.8.3. This release updates support for the 3.8.x line of ServiceNow Base SyncPack and includes a fix that is also contained in v4.0.1 for customers who have updated to the v4.0.x line.
The following issues were addressed in this release of the SyncPack:
- Addressed an issue where source data containing double quotes or backslashes caused parsing errors when processing SQL statements. (Case: 00650185)
