We are pleased to announce that the ServiceNow Base SyncPack v4.0.0 was released on Tuesday May 11, 2026.
Version 4.0.0 of the "ServiceNow Base" SyncPack adds the "Sync Organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow" application. This release also adds support for using the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to import organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow using the "core_ company" table in conjunction with catalog requests.
This release of the SyncPack includes the following features:
- Added the "Cache ServiceNow Companies, CIs, and Skylar One Orgs, Device Classes" application to enable support for all ServiceNow SyncPacks. The "Cache ServiceNow Companies, CIs, and Skylar One Orgs, Device Classes" application was previously located in the "ServiceNow CMDB" SyncPack.
- The "Sync Organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow" application now uses the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) for non-CMDB tables. For more information about importing organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow, see the "ServiceNow Base" SyncPack manual.
- Added the "Sync Organizations from Skylar One to ServiceNow" application, which was previously located in the "ServiceNow CMDB" SyncPack.
NOTE: The "Sync Organizations from SL1 to ServiceNow" application requires the "ServiceNow Service Catalog" SyncPack to create organizations based on ServiceNow companies.
