We are pleased to announce the release of ServiceNow Base SyncPack version 4.1.0.
This release of the SyncPack includes the following feature:
- Added support for an additional OAuth authentication method to authenticate directly with a ServiceNow instance using a client ID and secret. This method is less reliant on user credentials, thereby reducing the likelihood of authentication failure. For more information, see the "ServiceNow Base" SyncPack manual.
