We are pleased to announce the release of ServiceNow Events SyncPack v1.3.0

This release of the SyncPack includes the following features:

• Added the enable_expanded_references toggle to the "Update Skylar One Event from ServiceNow Trigger" application. When you enable this toggle, you can link multiple ServiceNow tickets to a single event in Skylar One.
• Added the enable_expanded_references toggle to the "Sync Alert Details From ServiceNow to Skylar One Events" application. When you enable this toggle, you can link multiple ServiceNow tickets to a single event in Skylar One by synchronizing parent alert and task IDs to the external_ ticket2 and external_ticket3 fields.
