This release of the SyncPack includes the addressed issue:
- Added the "Refresh Event Message Key Cache" step to the "Compare ServiceNow and SL1 Events" section of the "Sync Alert Details from ServiceNow to SL1 Events" application. This step refreshes the Time-to-Live (TTL) on all cache entries to prevent Skylar One (SL1) events from being incorrectly cleared when their corresponding ServiceNow alerts remain open.
