We are pleased to announce the release of ServiceNow Incidents SyncPack version 4.3.0, which adds support for domain separation to the "Sync SL1 Events to ServiceNow Incidents" and "Sync Cached Events to ServiceNow" applications. This SyncPack uses the ServiceNow Base Pack PowerPack.
This release of the SyncPack includes the following features:
- Added support for domain separation to the "Sync SL1 Events to ServiceNow Incidents" and "Sync Cached Events to ServiceNow" applications. Domain separation is enabled using a "Domain Separation" checkbox configuration option, which is disabled by default for both applications. For more information, see the "ServiceNow Incidents" SyncPack manual.
