We are pleased to announce the release of ServiceNow Service Catalog SyncPack version 1.1.2. This release addresses an issue that prevented device groups from syncing successfully to ServiceNow due to connection timeout errors.
The following issues were addressed in this release of the SyncPack:
- Addressed an issue that prevented device groups from syncing successfully to ServiceNow by allowing payloads to be sent in batches using the snow_chunk_size configuration option in the "Sync Catalog Requirements" application.
- Removed the limitation that device groups could only contain 10 devices or less. (Case: 00659314)
