We are pleased to announce the release of the ServiceNow Service Graph Connector SyncPack v2.0.0.
Version 2.0.0 of the "ServiceNow Service Graph Connector" SyncPack addresses multiple issues and updates the minimum required versions for the "Base Steps" and "ServiceNow Base" SyncPacks.
This SyncPack works with the ServiceNow Service Graph Connector method instead of the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) used by the existing "ServiceNow CMDB" SyncPack. This version lets you sync devices between ServiceNow and Skylar One.
This release of the SyncPack includes the following features:
- The SyncPack now requires the following SyncPacks to be installed with the listed minimum versions:
- "Base Steps" SyncPack version 1.6.0 or later.
- "ServiceNow Base" SyncPack version 4.0.1 or later
The following issues were addressed in this release:
- The "Device", "Interface", and "Advanced Topology" steps now use the "GQLRequest" step, which replaces the deprecated "QueryGQL" step. This aligns GraphQL pagination with the pattern used in the "ServiceNow CMDB" SyncPack version 4.0.0.
- Addressed an issue where a missing "snow_companies" field error in the "SL1FileSystem" and "SL1Interface" classes caused failures in the "Pull and process File Systems from SL1" step of the "Sync File Systems From SL1 to ServiceNow Via SGC" workflow.
