We're happy to announce that Skylar AI 2.6 has been released!
Skylar AI is a software services suite powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that automatically manages, anticipates, and prevents IT incidents. Version 2.6.0 of Skylar AI includes updates to Skylar Advisor and Skylar Analytics. Please note that Skylar Advisor currently requires Skylar Analytics.
This release spans 47 improvements: sharper agentic AI, new knowledge-base intelligence tools, and continued performance gains.
High level summary:
- Smarter Advisor – live web search, sharper question routing and tool selection, and finer admin control over what Advisor is allowed to do
- Knowledge-base intelligence – new KB Health and Info Gap tools show what's working in your corpus, what's missing plus AI assistance to close the gaps.
- Faster and more scalable – quicker conversation loading, a 20x speedup on corpus document counts, and higher-throughput document ingestion
- Preview Features graduate – Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Active Session Tracker are natively built into the product now, on by default for every customer, no toggle required
