We're happy to announce that Skylar AI 2.7.0 has been released!
Skylar AI is a software services suite powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that automatically manages, anticipates, and prevents IT incidents.
Version 2.7.0 of Skylar AI includes updates to Skylar Advisor and Skylar Analytics. *Please note that Skylar Advisor currently requires Skylar Analytics.
Enhanced the workflows for Advisories in Skylar Advisor, including the ability to suppress an Advisory that you don't want to see again. Enabled Skylar Advisor to send a "Healthy" alert to Skylar One when an Advisory is closed or archived.
Added the following options to the Skylar Advisor Preview Features page:
- Advisory Suppression. Lets you suppress an Advisory, preventing Skylar Advisor from reporting on that kind of Advisory again.
- Data Lens Events. Adds an[Events] tab to the Data Lens page that displays a table of events.
- KB Generated Approval Flow. Adds a new review workflow for Knowledge Base articles generated within the Corpus.
- Knowledge Sentry. Implements a security gatekeeper layer for document uploads to the Corpus
- "Graduated" five former Preview Features to permanent elements of the Skylar Advisor user interface: Ad-hoc File Upload, Trend Analysis, Conversation Audit, MCP Tools, and Scheduled Reports.
- Improved the look and feel of the Preview Features page in the Skylar Advisor user interface.
- Added a number of enhancements to the Corpus, including the ability to tag and filter documents and a bulk deletion option for documents and folders
- Updated the Customer Insights page in Skylar Advisor to display additional usage metrics and activity data, including the time Skylar AI saved your company.
- Added an [Events] tab to the Data Lens page.
- Upgraded Superset to version 6.1.0 for the Data Visualization user interface, which includes several user interface improvements.
- Added back-end updates to make the Skylar AI platform more reliable and stable.
