Whether by anyway or plan from Sl1 to use the SNMP catching response for non snippet based Dynamic application. As of now i hope we can use the catching repose only for snippet based DA.

I think you are asking if there is a way to use caching for SNMP Application Types like there is when doing SNMP collection in a Snippet Application Type. The answer is yes. You can use caching in an SNMP Applicaiton Types.
