Hi All,

Whether by anyway or plan from Sl1 to use the SNMP catching response for non snippet based Dynamic application. As of now i hope we can use the catching repose only for snippet based DA.

Hi Issac,

I think you are asking if there is a way to use caching for SNMP Application Types like there is when doing SNMP collection in a Snippet Application Type.  The answer is yes.  You can use caching in an SNMP Applicaiton Types.  Special syntax is needed in the OID field for caching and as documented here: https://docs.sciencelogic.com/latest/Content/Web_Content_Dev_and_Integration/SNMP_Dynamic_App_Development/snmp_collection_objects.htm?#using-caching-to-define-a-collection-object
