We need to have flexible options in behavior page to select as per our need .
We need to have all the above four option as a drop down box in behavior page to selection as per our wish, as of now it is limited only to Collection and processing Enabled .

You can configure the topology settings on a per device class basis by navigating to the System > Customize > Device Classes page and clicking on the wrench icon for your desired device class and configuring the topology settings in the top pane.
The reason we wouldn’t want you to set the Enhanced Processing option globally is because it can cause massive performance impact if all of the devices on the stack suddenly start collecting every potential half-connection and VLAN relationships. By enabling them on a per device class basis, deployment can be controlled on the process can be configured to run as efficiently as possible.

+1Yes Tony , I agree we can do in device class but we should this option in Behavior .. because it is time consuming to enable in class wise based for subscribers
