Credentials are not inherited to Component device

Hello Isaac,

If you'd like to request a change to how credentials are managed and aligned in SL1, I suggest creating (or voting an existing) idea in Ideas Hub. Adding some additional details like other use cases and what you'd like the user experience/workflow to look like will be helpful when you do. 

Edit: I see you have a similar idea submission waiting to be published by our product team. That will be a good place to discuss when it's published.
