Device Failed Availability Check: Unknown

    Hi BonJecker,

    This is probably better handled through a Support Case as we'll need to collect log information to determine why the agent is stopped and not restarting. 

    Please include the following in the support case.

    • SL1 version
    • Agent version
    • Is this Gen1 Agent streaming to a Message Collector or Gen3 Agent streaming to SL1 extended
    • Are there any Events in the Windows Application Event log related to the agent?

    Support and/or the engineering will request additional information once the case is open.
