    Thank you for the suggestion. Can you please submit this to our Idea's Hub so that our Product Management team is made aware that there is a desire for a guide on the creation of new universal credential types in our documentation?

Hello Santeri,

Thank you for the clarification. The Create New button creates Universal Credential Types. The documentation I linked to before has more information on Universal Credentials, but we do not have a guide on how to create a new universal credential type. You can review some of the existing Universal credential types in the Types tab to see how to configure the JSON. Otherwise, I recommend reaching out to our Professional Services team if there is a specific device you need to monitor with a new universal credential type.

    Hi,

    Thank you for this information. I managed to create a custom credential type by using the existing universal credentials as a reference, but I would also be interested in seeing what other configuration options are available. For example, what different types of fields can be created, and so on. It would be great if some documentation could be made available on this, so that users could make better use of this functionality in their own development projects.
