Regarding the recent CrowdStrike Falcon XDR/EPP incident: 

1. A content patch caused Windows-based systems to crash. CrowdStrike has identified and addressed the issue. 
2. ScienceLogic products are unaffected. 
3. Our Linux-based appliances are not impacted by this Windows-specific issue.
