Hello Tarun,

Currently, we do not have an official syncpack to integrate SL1 to HaloITSM using PowerFlow. However, you are able to create your own integration syncpacks by following our documentation here Creating a SyncPack.

I also recommend submitting this as a feature request to our Ideas Hub to see if our Product Management team would develop an officially supported syncpack.
