What's new for Business Services with AP2 KeyLimePie

AP2 KeyLimePie introduces exiting changes that will make it easier to create Service Policies, remove confusion over how to configure policies or what possible to do with a Service Policy.

  • Viewing existing policies is now much more clear and intuitive
  • Creating and editing policy rules is now a one step process
  • All performance data from internal monitors is now natively supported in policy rules
  • When creating new rules, user are presented with recommended settings
  • State severity thresholds are now over laid with preview data
  • The confusing need to set a number to indicate a severity has been simplified with picking a severity
  • The workflow changes are backwards compatible with existing service policies

Updating the HAR refresh frequency is now available as a bulk action from the Business Services inventory page.

    I am excited to hear that setting a policy with a number has been changed to setting a severity,, it was not very intuitive,, but I thought a few issues that were say, 20% risk would add up to 40 / 60 % risk,, something I will need to test out. .Looking forward to the update!
