Phase 1: Prepare the Primary OL7 system for data replication

Phase 2: Prepare the Secondary OL8 system

Phase 3: Wait for replication to complete

Phase 4: Gracefully Demote the Primary source system, OL7 System.

Destination system will be a single, standalone system when you complete the conversion.
