Hello and thank you for accepting the invitation to join this group. We invited each of you for a variety of reasons- some had some great ideas and content in the old community, others have shared feedback requesting more resources & direct collaboration and others just jumped in at launch and started participating. This group is private, so we have an opportunity to share ideas and feedback which isn't visible to the public. Here is some helpful Q&A for Ideas Hub Participants What about the previous community and Ideas Hub offering? In April 2024 we completed a project to refresh and relaunch the online community. The previous community was on a platform that couldn’t scale to offer the quality of experience we wanted for our customers. As a part of this project, we identified a best-in-class community platform and launched the Nexus Community. We updated the Ideas Hub by working with our product team to slim down the categories, along with copying and assigning existing actionable ideas to corresponding product managers. Who can see Ideas in the Nexus Community? The Nexus Community has privacy settings designated by the user account. Only existing customers and employees can see or access the Ideas Hub and its content. I created ideas before, so why don’t I see them here?
