Hi James. Let me talk to our Engineering team about these commands and your error.

Did you run this command on the Primary or Secondary DB server (or both)?

Hi Mike, i was running this on a collector. 

The I removed the -f, then i got the error that the command is depreciated, need to use vimariadb. 

I copied checked my config with another collector, and it matched. 

But then i was having this 203 error, as the max_open_files script was missing, i don't think its related. But that was the only issue i had with the instructions. And i had this so far on 2 collectors i had to do manually, i have another 2, i suspect i will have the same issue.

    Thanks for the extra info, jamesramsden. I'm checking with our System Upgrade team in Engineering to see where the command might need to be updated.

      Hello again, jamesramsden. I got in touch with Engineering about this, and they were concerned that your upgrade might not have run properly -- the fact that the /opt/em7/share/scripts/max-open-files was missing was a big red flag.

      Our recommendation is that you reach out to ScienceLogic Support at https://support.sciencelogic.com/s/. I'm sorry I couldn't help you further on this issue.
