Enhancements and Issues Addressed

The following enhancements and addressed issues are included in this release:

• Updated the PowerPack from Python version 3.6 to version 3.11.
• Updated the event policy descriptions in the PowerPack so they are more easily consumed by Skylar One.

CAUTION: If you upgrade the PowerPack, any content you customized in your event policy descriptions might be overwritten.
