Is there any PPK in development or anything already existing that would allow us to monitor the Cisco Secure Access environment in SL?

To my knowledge, there is nothing being developed within the Product Engineering group to monitor Cisco Secure Access explicitly. Our services group may have something in the works, but I'm not aware if so.
It appears there is an REST API for the tool so you could try your hand at creating a low-code dynamic application. Given it appears to use an API key for auth, it could be pretty simple. https://developer.cisco.com/docs/cloud-security/secure-access-api-reference-overview/#overview
Could be made even easier using the Dynamic Application builder.
