Contributor IIInterface alias included in alerts/tickets
A couple of my teams have asked for interface alias to be included in email alerts and tickets for interface event types. Currently, only device and interface name are included.
Has anyone found a way to do this such as with a Run Book Action to share the interface alias in addition to the interface name?

Its done in the behavior settings in the Event Interface Name format field, add the key word {Alias} to the field. How to add Interface Alias to Interface Event messages
