We are pleased to announce that the first ScienceLogic: Geographic Maps v100 PowerPack has been released. Provide ScienceLogic with statistics on Geographic Map usage from early adopters that will help confirm the direction of future versions. You can now view the Dynamic Application Builder in dark mode by clicking the moon icon in the top right corner of the user interface. Once in dark mode, you can return to light mode by clicking the sun icon in the top right corner of the user interface. If you have completed all required fields on a step of the Dynamic Application Builder, the [Continue] button at the bottom of the screen will now bounce to let you know you can proceed. An arrow icon now appears at the bottom of the Dynamic Application Builder when there is more of the user interface to see. The arrow disappears when you reach the end of the page. You can no longer select Discovery from the Class Type field on the Select Collection Object step. ScienceLogic recommends using SL1 to create discovery collection objects if needed. Updated all checkboxes in all data grids in the Dynamic Application Builder to radio buttons. You can now choose which HTTP method (Post, Push, Get, Patch, or Delete) you want to use for your endpoint from the HTTP Method drop-down field on the Retrieve Payload step of the Dynamic Application Builder. Added the new Connection Timeout (ms) field to the HTTP and SSH forms on the Collect Credential step of the Dynamic Application Builder. The default value for this field is 3000. Added a progress spinner to the Export to SL1 step of the Dynamic Application Builder to provide a visual cue that something is happening when you click the [Export to SL1] button. The Dynamic Application Builder now supports exporting Snippet Framework Configuration Dynamic Application types to SL1 instances of version 12.2 or later. If targeting an older SL1 version, a warning will appear to switch the Dynamic Application type. The Retrieve Payload step now allows DATA or JSON payloads to be added to the "POST", "PATCH", and "PUT" HTTP Method types. NOTE: JSON payloads require valid JSON bodies to be passed in. The Dynamic Application Builder automatically adds content-type:application/json so that you are not asked for additional headers. DATA parameter requests can be in any format (including JSON), but are not validated, and may require additional headers, depending on the endpoint. When you edit a field on the Select Collection Objects step, the field will now be outlined in yellow until the changes are saved or discarded. When you edit a field on the Define Dynamic Application step, the field will now be outlined in yellow until the changes are saved or discarded. When you edit a field on the HTTP or SSH credential forms, the field will now be outlined in yellow until the changes are saved or discarded. You can now edit existing Dynamic Applications after selecting them on the Define Dynamic Application step. Added the new Verify SL1 Instance SSL Certificate toggle to the Export to SL1 step of the Dynamic Application Builder. Toggling on (blue) this option allows the SSL certificate of the SL1 instance to be verified during the export. If the verification fails, you are prompted to either cancel the export or retry without certificate verification. Added the new Enable Export API Logging toggle to the Export to SL1 step of the Dynamic Application Builder, which allows you to enable logging when exporting a Dynamic Application from the Dynamic Application Builder. Added the new Logs and Log Settings page to the Dynamic Application Builder, which allows you to enable API logging, define the logging level, and view logs from the last 30 days. The new page can be accessed by clicking the Logs icon in the left navigation menu of the Dynamic Application Builder. Added the new Low Code Tools page to the Dynamic Application Builder, which displays snippet framework steps with expandable Sphinx documentation for each step. The new page can be accessed by clicking the Low Code Tools icon in the left navigation menu of the Dynamic Application Builder. When you click one of the options in the left navigation menu, such as Low Code Tools, the page opens in a new window, and your progress in the Dynamic Application Builder does not change. Hello, We are pleased to announce the Restorepoint 5.6 20250827 release, which addressed the following issues: Updated the default Regex search buffer size to 5% of the available memory on the appliance. Added the infinite scroll function to Restorepoint templates to prevent the user interface from freezing when users created or edited large templates. (Case: 00521648) Addressed an issue that caused the Disabled checkbox on the Device Details tab (Devices > Device List) to scroll through dates erratically when selected and that prevented it from being unselected. (Cases: 00525208; 00540046) Addressed an issue that caused a command schedule to trigger all the commands for selected devices at the same time. Addressed another issue in which the retention policy was implemented incorrectly after running multi-device command schedules. This release deprecates the QueryGQL step from the SyncPack (although it is not removed) and adds the GQLRequest step, which you should use to make GraphQL steps going forward. This release addresses two more issues: Addressed an issue that caused the "Sync Service Requests from ServiceNow to SL1" application to fail after upgrading SL1 from version 12.1.2 to 12.3.5. Hello, We are pleased to announce the release of SL1 PowerFlow v3.2.0, as well as the release of SL1 PowerFlow powerflowcontrol (pfctl) command-line utility v2.8.0. Both of these releases are included on the customer portal for download under Product Downloads > PowerFlow Platform > SL1 - PowerFlow 3.2.0. SL1 PowerFlow v3.2.0 adds the ability to bulk download reports, adds a new API endpoint to support bulk downloading of reports, adds two new configuration options to the docker-compose.yml file, and addresses multiple issues. SL1 PowerFlow powerflowcontrol (pfctl) command-line utility v2.8.0 updates Couchbase-related checks, updates pfctl checks to require HTTPS certificates, and updates the pfctl init-sps action to use the HOST_ ADDRESS for the PowerFlow system. Added the new DELETE/api/v1/reports/batch API endpoint, which allows you to delete reports in a batch. Added two new configuration options to the docker-compose.yml file to allow access to the Couchbase and RabbitMQ user interfaces without requiring Dex authentication: DISABLE_DEX_AUTH. This option allows you to disable Dex authentication for the Couchbase and RabbitMQ services. ENABLE_SECONDARY_CB_UI. This option allows you to access the Couchbase user interface on port 8091 through secondary nodes without additional port openings. NOTE: The DISABLE_DEX_AUTH and ENABLE_SECONDARY_CB_UI configuration options are intended only for troubleshooting and should be turned off when the PowerFlow system is stable. Blank spaces in configuration options or application variables are now automatically stripped by the PowerFlow API to prevent the spaces from causing issues when PowerFlow reads the values.
