Hello, We are pleased to announce the release of Restorepoint 5.6 20250423 agent. This release fixes an issue in which agents failed to switch to the secondary node in the event of a high-availability (HA) failover. Issues addressed that were pushed to the appliances include: Checkboxes on the Password Policies page now reflect the values from the Restorepoint API accurately. The Configuration tab (Devices > Configurations) now fetches fileservers only when users have the correct permissions, which prevents the Forbidden error from appearing at the bottom of the page. Asset information now appears correctly for new devices that were never backed up. New API endpoints are implemented that allow users to create, update, view, and delete plugin redaction rules. A new permission, ViewUnredactedBackup, which allows users to view unredacted backups, is added to all users with the ViewBackup permission. Redaction rules are applied to View Backup, Compare Config, Download Config, and View Config on the Global Search, for backups. The "Device Defaults" page (System Administration > Device Defaults) was renamed to "Device." The user interface now displays settings in sections. A new Plugins section shows a plugins table to allow users with the correct permissions to click a plugin for Plugin Options. The Plugin Options currently includes only the Redact Rules section and users with the correct permissions can add, edit, or delete a plugin's redact rules. A new Information button now appears on the Redact Rules modal, which appears on hover, to explain the usage of Regex capture groups for the redactions. We have this kind of issue. discovered thousands of vmware virtual machines in SL1 only need to sync one customer (few hundred vms) into CMDB. So we want to avoid syncing all those thousands into CMDB In PF it is easy to run custom runs with one organization, but can we, and if then how, set the custom configuration to sync just one or few device classes. Or otherway, to add some device classes to that normal deviceclass configuration11Views1like2CommentsFortiGate Sensor monitoring
